Rodd Crowbush Golf & Beach Resort Earns 2006 CAA/AAA Four Diamond Award

Halifax, February 21, 2006

For the second consecutive year, the Rodd Crowbush Golf & Beach Resort at Lakeside, Prince Edward Island, is the only resort in Atlantic Canada to be awarded the prestigious CAA/AAA Four Diamond rating.

One of three resorts operated on P.E.I. by Rodd Hotels & Resorts, Rodd Crowbush continues to fulfill the “dream of providing the utmost resort experience in Atlantic Canada,” said Company President & COO, John Cudmore of Charlottetown. “It is gratifying to be recognized by an organization as prestigious as CAA/AAA, one which impacts so many travelers across North America.”

Tim Arnold, General Manager of Rodd Crowbush accepted the award in Halifax on behalf of David Rodd, Chairman and CEO, John Cudmore, President & COO and their valued employees.

The Four Diamond symbol will be included in Rodd Crowbush’s listing in the 2006 CAA/AAA Atlantic Provinces & Quebec TourBook guide, in print and on CAA’s website, www.caa.ca. CAA/AAA’s more than 48 million members depend upon the TourBook guides to assist them with their travel-related decisions. An establishment’s diamond rating is often the deciding factor when members choose lodging.
