The tournament is open to EveryStay Rewards members, and non-members/new members are also welcome to join.

You can register through our online sign-up form. A confirmation will be sent once your registration is processed.

Yes, one-night accommodation at Rodd Brudenell River Resort is included with your registration. You can choose Single, Double, or Quad (Quad is cottage only).

Prices are listed per person and are based on the accommodation occupancy. Double occupancy means two guests sharing the accommodation, while quad occupancy means four guests staying together in a cottage.

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. If you're golfing and heading home right after the tournament, please check out before heading to the course. Otherwise, check-out is by 11:00 AM on your scheduled departure day.

Extra nights are not included in the registration fee. However, we're pleased to offer a special pre- and post-stay rate of $139 for standard rooms at Rodd Brudenell River Resort — contact vbernard@roddvacations.com to book additional nights at this rate. 

Yes, an optional practice round is available at Brudenell River Golf Course or Dundarave Golf Course for $55 per person plus tax (includes green fee and cart), payable directly to the pro shop. Be sure to indicate which course you'd like to book for your practice round on the sign-up form.

Yes, you'll earn EveryStay Rewards points based on your registration fee.

No, points cannot be used to pay for or cover the cost of golf tournament registration — the registration fee must be paid separately. However, you will earn EveryStay Rewards points on your registration fee.

The tournament features a shotgun start, with players assigned to holes ahead of time. Golfers will receive a scorecard to fill out and return to the golf shop at the end of play. The winning team or player with the lowest score will be awarded a trophy at the Awards Reception.

Yes, you may bring a guest. Your guest does not need to participate in the golf tournament. Guest fees are based on your selected membership tier and apply regardless of whether your guest plays golf.

For cancellations made after September 22, 2026, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

  • The above prices are per person, plus taxes. Quad pricing is for cottages only. The number of qualifying room nights will be calculated from August 01, 2025, to July 31, 2026, and confirmed at registration.
  • Special rates for extra nights in standard rooms are subject to availability.
  • If you cancel your registration after September 22, 2026, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
