At Rodd Hotels & Resorts, teamwork goes beyond our day-to-day responsibilities. It’s about supporting one another, connecting with our communities, and finding opportunities to make a difference together. The PEI Marathon 2026 was a great example of that spirit, bringing our team members together to take on a personal challenge while representing Rodd with pride.
This year’s Rodd Road Runners included Ricardo Salvini, Aranza Ruiz, and Venz Losbanes from Head Office; Rodrigo Costa and Leon from Rodd Charlottetown; Suresh Bhabad from Rodd Crowbush; and Jerry Bedard from Rodd Miramichi. Representing different departments and properties, they came together to take part in the event and celebrate the importance of staying active, supporting each other, and being involved in our community. The team took part in the relay, covering 42.2 km in total.

Each runner had their own reason for participating, whether it was to challenge themselves, enjoy the experience, or be part of something bigger. As a team, they showed that the spirit of Rodd Hotels & Resorts extends beyond our seven properties.
“My favourite moment was crossing the line with my team and cheering each other on, knowing each of us was an important part of the run.” - Aranza Ruiz, Marketing Coordinator, Head Office
“The best part of my run was hitting the Confederation Trail. Nothing beats being surrounded by nature while moving your feet.” - Venz Losbanes, Multimedia Designer, Head Office
Whether we’re welcoming guests, helping a colleague, or supporting a local event, teamwork is at the heart of everything we do. Events like the PEI Marathon give us another opportunity to strengthen our connections, celebrate our people, and show our support for the communities we call home.
We’re proud of our Rodd Road Runners for taking part in the 2026 PEI Marathon and representing Rodd Hotels & Resorts. Here’s to continuing to support one another, take on new challenges, and go the extra mile together!
